✅ Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Certain products (like intimate wear, swimwear, or clearance items) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

✅ Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

✅ Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order after your refund is processed.

✅ Damaged or Wrong Item

• If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue immediately.
